PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from our head office in Malaysia and are shipped within 48 hours of purchases, this is excluding weekends and public holidays. All shipping & tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.
SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
3-5 business days at a flat rate of $3 AUD for orders within Malaysia
5-7 business days at a flat rate of $5 AUD for orders within Singapore.
3-5 business days at a flat rate of $15 AUD for orders within Hong Kong.
5-7 business days at a flat rate of $30 AUD for orders within Australia, German & United Kingdom.
5-7 business days at a flat rate of $35 AUD for orders within United Arab Emirates (UAE), United States of America & Canada
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Customers may be subject sales tax, duty and/or customs charges, all of which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or the shipping cost. Lemon by ack is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipping process of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All return orders will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item(s) being returned (credit notes are valid for 6 months), unless deemed faulty. Exchanges will be processed once we have received your original item, please note that we have limited stock if you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour the item may be unavailable, let us know as soon as possible so we can hold this item for you while we are waiting for your parcel to be returned.
Contact us via email detailing why you wish to return your goods with photographs so we can see if there are any errors. Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returns are to be covered at the buyer’s expense, any items posted after this timeframe may be refused. ALL items MUST be returned in their original condition, this includes: garments being unworn, unwashed, unstained, make up free and the tags attached.
Once Lemon by ack has received your package, all returned & exchanged items will be checked before the credit note, new item or refund is processed. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for unforeseen delays, but feel free to contact us if there are any concerns.
